Gulf Coast and Southern Texas Animal Rescue Services, Inc. (STARS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to rescuing homeless animals in Brazoria County and surrounding areas. Our mission is to rescue homeless animals, place them in foster homes, have them fully vetted, and go on to place them in their forever homes with loving, responsible families throughout the United States and Canada.
