Another BCo. pup heads up to Washington!
Charlotte (on the left) is now Zoey and has made it to her home in Washington. Her new mommy tells us the āShe's really just a great dog. We're all quite enamored with her.ā Thank you to the SPCA of Brazoria County for keeping her safe, Julie Bonnet Baron for advocating for her, and The Garcia Family for fostering her!
